About Valerie A. Olvera, M.S., LPC-Associate

ValerieIn a compassionate space, healing can occur.

Welcome to the transformative journey guided by me. I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to providing support and healing. Are you ready to explore the path to personal growth, resilience, and authenticity? If so, welcome to my therapeutic space, where you can expect a nurturing, nonjudgmental, and empathic atmosphere.

My priority is to ensure you feel honestly heard, seen, and validated throughout your healing journey. My goal is to help guide you toward personal growth and empowerment. I believe genuine healing occurs when we create a safe space to explore and confront life’s challenges. Collaboration with my clients in setting goals and tapping into their inner strengths and resources is of utmost importance to me.

I use a variety of modalities to help you.

As your therapist, I feel that it is essential to recognize the uniqueness of each client and their distinct stories. My therapeutic approach is a blend of eclectic techniques and theories. Drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and mindfulness-based practices, I craft a tailored strategy to address YOUR needs.

I am committed to help you gain greater self-awareness and emotional regulation. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
